Apartment house of Bohinj's 7
Dear guests,
in order to make sure all our guests are guaranteed a pleasant stay, please respect the house rules.
Arrivals – departures
- Check-in is scheduled after 15:00. At least one hour before your arrival, it is compulsory to contact either Mrs. Tončka (doesn't speak English, please send her a text-message/SMS with your estimated time of arrival) at +386 31 679 211 or Mr. Marko at +386 31 546 907, so the staff is ready to welcome you. If you intend to arrive late let us know at least one day in advance. It is possible to check-in sooner than scheduled if the apartment is vacant in the morning.
- On the day of departure our guests are asked to check-out by 10:00. You may check-out later in case the apartment is unoccupied.
On check-out:
- Make sure that the dishes are washed up and stored in the drawers.
- Clear up the apartment and take the garbage out.
- When leaving your accommodation, just leave your keys on the kitchen table, close the door of your apartment as well as the main entrance door.
- Any damage caused by negligence or arrogance will be charged.
- Thank you for being our guest. You are welcome again at your next opportunity.
General rules
- It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments.
- Pets are not allowed.

The apartments are designed for resting and relaxing, therefore you are requested not to disturb the peace after 22:00 in order to be considerate of other guests and neighbours. In case of violation we will be forced to make a report. Should the neighbours violate the house rules, please make sure you report it to us or to the Police in case of increased disturbance or after 22:00.
- We kindly ask you to close the main entrance door when leaving the apartments. The main entrance door will lock automatically when closed. You can unlock them with the keys you were given upon your arrival. That is why you should always make sure you have the keys on you.
- The apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, therefore we kindly ask you to use slippers (bring them with you).
- The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchenware, cutlery and some basic necessities for food, such as vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. There are also a dish cloth, sponge, detergent and cleaning cloths on your disposal. The apartments are equipped with toilet paper, soap and garbage bags.
- To turn on the heat, make sure the radiator valves are open (from min. 1 to max. 5). First, check the current temperature in the apartment, which is displayed on the thermostat, then adjust the temperature to your liking by using the round button. You will hear a short beep and a small flame will appear on the screen. The heating is switched on. It can be switched off the same way: reduce the temperature displayed on the screen by using the round button on the thermostat.
- Please do not waste hot water nor dispose of your towel after one use – we wish to be eco-friendly.
- Tap water is drinkable.
- The apartment Vršac / Summit is equipped with dishwasher and dishwashing tablets.
- On request it is also possible to wash and iron your laundry: washing (up to 7kg, 10€), ironing freshly washed laundry (up to 7kg, 10€) or ironing shirts (2€ per shirt).
- We kindly ask you to recycle your litter so we can be as environment-friendly as possible. Recycling bins (recycling centre) can be found a few meters from the parking lots in the direction of the next building (Jelovška cesta 55). The green container next to our building is to be used for non-recycling waste only.
- Covered parking spaces are located behind the building, numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and number 59. Parking is at your own risk. Each apartment has only one parking space available. If you are coming with more cars, leave the other cars at the parking before the nearby wood-processing plant.
- All the apartments have free wifi. Username: Bohinjskih7, password can be found on the backside of the TV remote control.
- In the basement of Bohinjskih 7 can be found a mini wellness centre (spa), which is intended for our guests solely. It is meant to be used privately – only one apartment can use our mini wellness centre. The terms of use can be found under “wellness” section. In order to use these services, you must fill in a form which can be found in the closet at the main entrance (next to the apartment Soteska / Gorge).
Rules applying to skiers and snowboarders
- Before entering the facility, please make sure your ski equipment is clean.
- We kindly ask you to leave your ski footwear in the closet at the entrance door or change your footwear before entering.
- We kindly ask you to leave your skis and snowboards in the basement (down the stairs and on the left), where there is a room for storing your equipment.
- In case you have arranged to buy your lift tickets here, you can get them at the apartment. However, if you decide to go skiing before check-in, we can arrange for you to get them at ski resort (or at Tourist Info Centre Bohinjska Bistrica).
- Free ski-bus transfer to ski resort Vogel is available by submitting the Winter Card (Julian Alps: Bohinj). With prior notice, you can pick up the card in the apartment or at Tourist Info Centre Bohinjska Bistrica. Please wait for the ski-bus at the main road 50 m away.
Terms of use for mini wellness centre
- The price to rent our mini wellness centre in full privacy is 30€ per term (1.5 hrs) regardless of the number of persons who will use it. If only sauna is available, the price for one term is 20€.
- Before you use our wellness you must fill in the form, along with the exact term of use, which can be found in the closet at the main entrance. Enter the name of your apartment and the number of people attending.
- Opening hours of mini wellness are from 16:30 to 21:00 (terms are: 16.30 -17.55, 18.00 - 19.25, 19.30 - 21.00).
- Children under age 15 to be accompanied in the wellness premises only by adult. Sauna is not recomended to children under age 15.
- We kindly ask you to leave our services on time in order to make sure other guests get equally as much time using them.
Registration for wellness (sauna and jacuzzi) and how to pay
- Check the schedule at the main entrance (in the closet) for available periods.
- Enter the name of your apartment in the chosen period in the tablesheet.
- Fill the voucher with the name of your apartment and with a chosen period (vouchers can be found on the table of your apartment).
- Attach the money to the voucher and put it in the box next to the schedule at the main entrance.
How to use wellness
- When entering the wellness, please make sure you are either wearing your own slippers or put on the footwear that can be found in front of the gym (on stands on the right). The footwear on stands is clean. After you have used it, we kindly ask you to leave it on the floor as indicated. Footwear must not be worn in the apartment.
- The use of wellness and its devices is solely at your own risk. Follow the instructions for using sauna and jacuzzi. The operator does not carry any liability arising from the use of wellness and its items.
- There are two towels and one sheet for sauna awaiting any visitors of our wellness.
- In sauna it is mandatory to use the sheet. Place the sheet underneath your body and feet.
- Prior to using either sauna or jacuzzi, it is mandatory to shower.
- It is mandatory to use a clean towel on deckchairs. Place it over before use.
- The second towel is meant for showering.
- After use, place your towels in the basket by the closet.
- After use, switch off sauna and jacuzzi and leave the area in a clean condition. Make sure all devices (except radio) are switched off.
- Do not adjust the underfloor heating on your own.
- Water and cups are available. Please do not waste the cups unnecessarily.
- Drink plenty of fluids and follow the rules.
- Quit the premises within the agreed deadline and in a clean condition.
It is not allowed:
- to bring food, drinks or alcoholic beverages of any sort,
- to use sauna or jacuzzi without showering first,
- to use cell phones or any other electronic devices,
- to carry out any activities other than the intended use of sauna or jacuzzi,
- to use sauna for more than 15 minutes at a time,
- to use jacuzzi for more than 15 minutes at a time.
